Unconscious bias and DEI at workplace 26.5.

Welcome to join the discussion and hear keynote speeches about unconscious bias and dei (Diversity, Equity & Inclusion). These topics affect all of us in working life, often without us noticing.

The event explores how unconscious biases can influence recruitment, workplace communities, and the employment of internationals in Finland. We will also examine what diversity, equity, and inclusion mean in practice, and how we can build a more open and fair working life together.

During the evening, participants will hear different perspectives through three keynote speeches and engage in discussions on topics that affect job seekers, employers, and workplace communities alike. The goal is to increase understanding, inspire new ideas, and provide practical insights for everyday life and work.

You are warmly welcome to learn, discuss, and exchange ideas around this important topic!

The event will be held in English!
